Wendy Norman of www.aptbphoto.com has the kind of work that will not only have you thinking, WOW, this photography is so good… but also think, where are all these photos taken, because I want to live there!
Her photography features beautiful parklands, beaches, incredible architecture, soft and lovely light, sailing boats, and so many gorgeous people!
On top of all that, she has an incredibly successful business focusing on elopement packages where couples spend $4000 on average, plus smaller sessions with families and engaged couples.
She's been a photographer for 13 years and, on her website, says… I've created a luxury experience that focuses on helping my clients feel joy and ease in front of the camera.
In this interview, Wendy shares what could be an incredible way to grow your wedding photography business, generate a higher profit AND get your weekends back — elopement packages. Not any elopement packages, though! Wendy is offering full-service elopement options to help brides steer clear of the wedding industry monster. Plus, she shares how to utilise Instagram reels to get the word out and attract her perfect wedding elopement clients.

iTunes Reviews and Shout-outs
Each week I check for any new iTunes or Google reviews, and it's always a buzz to receive these… for several reasons.
Firstly, it's confirmation that I'm on the right track with the interviews and that they really are helping you improve your photography business. That's awesome!
Secondly, iTunes and Google are the biggest search engine when it comes to podcasts, and it's your reviews and ratings that help other photographers find PhotoBizX. More listeners mean more interviews and, ultimately a better show.
If you have left a review in the past, thank you! If you haven't and you'd like to, head to https://photobizx.com/itunes or https://photobizx.com/google, and you can leave some honest feedback and a rating which will help both me and the show, and I'll be sure to thank you on the show and add a link to your website or blog if you let me know the URL of your website and your name.
I really look at Instagram as a mini website for your business. – Wendy Norman
Alternatively, if you've left a review for PhotoBizX and are looking for more backlinks to help your SEO, leave a review for the new Photography Xperiment Podcast and email me your keywords or keyword phrase and where you'd like me to link to.
Another great way to get a backlink to your site is to send a video testimonial. It doesn't need to be fancy, and your phone will be perfect. Click record and tell me how PhotoBizX has impacted you and your photography business.
Here's the latest review for the recent Facebook Competiotions Course…
I LOVED Ally's Approach to Marketing!
Via email from Newcastle newborn photographer Kath Blake of Bite Me Photography in Australia on October 28th, 2022.
I just wanted to thank Andrew and Ally for putting together this course. The live session was very informative, and I loved the way Ally approached this type of marketing.
What resonated the most with me was, as a woman of a certain age, I really gelled with Ally's whole business ethics and her soft approach. The way she looks at things from a client's perspective and her no hard sell.
I can't wait to sink my teeth into the nitty-gritty of the coarse information and get my first campaign running
